Provide you with 10+ customer service during the entire buying process, including taking the time to understand your wants, needs and expectations, returning your calls and emails, and being honest with you at all times. 2. Organize and schedule the entire process. If buying a home this includes organizing and scheduling your home search process, if selling, we will help you obtain the highest price possible for your home in the shortest amount of time. 3. We will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each decision you need to make in relation to your specific needs. 4. Provide you with on-going updates and assist you with the comparison of homes. 5. Coordinate all aspects of the process and keep in communication with you at all times. 6. Advise you on the terms and issues of the contracts and fill out the contracts in compliance to state law. 7. Present offers and negotiate on your behalf (if a Buyer as a Buyer's Agent). 8. Coordinate and supervise the preparation of all closing documents and guide you through the closing process. 9. Help you resolve any closing issues. 10. Help coordinate move-in and maintain contact for any additional service providers you may need.
